My husband and I built our home in 2011 and our garage included one of your clearlite doors. We were in the house just over a year and we noticed the panels turning yellow from the sun. We contacted your Perth office in regards to getting the panels replaced under warranty. We were required to obtain the receipt but as we did not purchase the door personally we struggled to get it from the builders contractor who installed the door. (This was Ian Mumme from Wrinkley Tin Fencing Company) Now our opaque panels are now completely yellow. Is there anything we can do to return them to their original state. What are the warranty terms in regards to UV protection and if not can you please send me a quote on replacing the panels.
Any help would really be appreciated. I’m not sure if you are able to check your sales records for the above mentioned company on the exact purchased door.
